THE Hollyoaks cast were searching for a nude beach when they got lost on a pedalo in Ibiza, actress Sophie Porely has revealed.
Actress Sophie - who plays Ellie Nightingale in the Channel 4 soap - was pictured with her co-star Amanda Clapham being rescued after their nudist adventure on a pedalo went awry.
Now the soap star has revealed what they were really looking for on their excursion during a break from filming the upcoming Ibiza-set Hollyoaks' spinoff.
"There's confusion about this because all I wanted to is drive over to the other island and see who lives over there," Sophie exclusively told The Sun Online.
"So we went really far and they thought we might have drowned or been lost at sea.
"The next thing we know we've got two of the girls from press coming out in a canoe and two other guys come out in a speedboat to rescue us.
"They were like, 'Are you OK?' and we were like, 'Yeah we're fine, we just went to the nudist beach, it was fine.'"

Asked if they managed to get to the beach for a spot of naked sun worshipping, Sophie told us: "Oh yeah, we got there, don't worry about it.
"We knew we were fine. We wanted to go to than nudist beach so we got to that nudist beach."
She added: "I got there and saw a man with his willy out and I was happy."
